Staff Updates for Outdoor Gatherings

Hey Anthem,

It was so good to have you join us under the tent on Sunday - and we are looking forward to seeing you all in the weeks to come!

While we didn’t do everything perfectly, we as a staff are pleased with how things ran at our first outdoor gathering this past weekend. There are a few things we still need to iron out, and we recognize there are a few additional pieces of information we need to share with you that would be helpful.

A few notes about registering…
1. Please remember that you need to register for every week you plan to attend. Please remember to do so online or on our app, and please remind those you know about this.
2. Our maximum capacity of individuals under the tent, while maintaining appropriate distancing, is 65-75 individuals each week, depending on the sizes of the families attending. However, we can accommodate up to 100 individuals on our property at a time, meaning even if our capacity is reached under the tent, there is still wait-list seating available outside the tent. This is still a great way to attend our in-person gatherings.

A note about seating…
In earlier correspondence, we mentioned that we would be seating people front to back as they arrived. However, we have switched to an assigned seat model, as this allows us to plan for appropriate distancing ahead of time, which makes the process easier for the ushers and allows us to maximize our space. When you arrive and are checked in, you will be brought to your assigned seat by one of our ushers.

A note about children…
We have heard of some confusion about children attending our gatherings - children are required to practice the same distancing and safety protocol as adults, but we would absolutely love for them to join us! We hope to provide some other exciting updates about Anthem Kids in the near future, so stay tuned for that as well.

Thanks everyone! As always, you can send any comments, questions, or concerns to hello@anthemchurch.net.

See you Sunday!
